Our new calendar above offers multiple display options. You may search for a particular event, change the display from a list or defaulted grid view, and you may specify the days you would like to see by clicking on day, week, month, or custom. Please note the filter options on the right.
- Beneath the search bar, you may view information in either a "list" or traditional "grid" format. You may also view the game calendar for a given day, week, month, or for a custom date-range. Click on the appropriate buttons to change the date range.
- Click on the small printer icon to the right of the viewing controls to print out the calendar. You may move the date range of the calendar manually by clicking on the back (<) or forward (>) caret on either side of date range being displayed.
- The "Filter Option" in the upper right-hand corner of the daily calendar enables you to focus on a particular month or different event categories (i.e. Lower School, Middle School, Upper School, and Athletics).
- To add Poly's Daily calendar feeds to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Google Calendar, or iCalendar, click on the iCal Feed icon located to the left of the printer icon. Copying the "Feed URL" onto your preferred calendar client will allow you to receive your selected Poly Daily Calendar feed automatically, while "Exporting iCalendar Data" and "Export to vCal" will allow you to copy the current calendar to your computer. (Please note, calendar clients accept RSS (Rich Site Summary) feeds and calendar imports differently. For example, older versions of Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar only accept .ics or other calendar formats. To add Poly's Daily Calendar to these clients, you must select "Export iCal Data" and open the downloaded file with your calendar client.)
You may also select which calendar categories you would like to import into your own calendar by filtering calendar results. For example, you could filter the Poly calendar to view only Lower School events and then export that Lower School feed into your own calendar. The RSS Feed icon will create a custom calendar depending on your selections.
Note that, depending on your email client settings, once you import a Poly calendar feed into your own calendar, it will update automatically as Poly's calendar changes.
