Butterbeans is part our “Blue & Gray Goes Green” initiative, and will provide Lower School kids a healthy, nutritious, delicious, and environmentally sustainable lunch program, combined with nutrition and wellness education.
Butter Beans is pleased to return to Poly's lower school for the 2010-11 school year. Your children can look forward to delicious, homemade lunches every day with hot main entrees and sides and a rotating deli bar that reflects the seasons, and fosters community.
Our staff is friendly, knowledgeable about our menu and ready to support timid eaters. We understand that feeding our children good, real food is essential, but that it must come with education about healthy eating. Butter Beans' wellness initiatives (food labels in the cafeteria, in-class seasonal food curricula and after-school cooking classes) round out our lunch offering.
If you experienced Butter Beans lunch during the 2009-10 school year and have yet to fill out our brief end-of-year survey designed to help us better our offering for the 2010-11 school year, please click here to do so.
The Poly Lunch Page will contain next year’s weekly lunch menus. |
