Poly Prep Country Day School's main campus (including the Upper School, Middle School, and Administration) is located at the corner of Seventh Avenue and 92nd Street in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn.

Summer Camp also takes place on our Dyker Heights campus.

The main entrance to our Dyker Heights' campus is on 92nd Street. The athletic fields are behind the school buildings, one-quarter mile south of the main entrance, on Seventh Avenue. Bus and van parking is also on Seventh Avenue.
