Our Program

Diversity, Equity, and Social Justice

Building an Intentional Community through Inclusive Practices

The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Social Justice collaborates with the whole Poly community—students, families, faculty and staff, alumni, and administration—across all grade levels, on both campuses, and in the larger community.  Through direct programming and open conversations, we strive to continually improve the ways that our program and policies both reflect the diversity of our community, while also inviting growth and understanding about the greater diversity beyond Poly.  Through personal engagement, which centers on hearing and learning from each other's experiences, we build a community, which knows how to listen, question, and grow, all with an eye toward equity and justice for ourselves and others.
