Class Agents

Poly Prep’s Class Agent Program is a great way for alumni to stay connected to Poly and to their classmates. It is comprised of alumni volunteers who represent their class year and who serve as ambassadors for the school. Their efforts help build a stronger connection among alumni, classmates, current students and our community.

As a Class Agent we ask that you work with the Advancement Office to:
  1. Spread the word about alumni news and events, current student news and Poly Annual Giving
    • Follow Poly’s social media pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
    • Join one of our many Alumni Facebook groups
    • Create your own Class Facebook Group to share information
    • Promote class participation in Annual Giving
  2. Serve as a member of the planning committee in your reunion year
    • Encourage classmates to come back to campus to celebrate
    • Strive for 100% giving participation in Annual Giving

Alumni Affinity Groups

Council of Poly Alumni of Color (CPAC): Launched in 2014, CPAC seeks to support, empower, and uplift alumni of color from Poly Prep Country Day School through community service, networking, social events, and mentoring current students. To learn more or be a part of CPAC, contact Shannon Cohall '10 by email.

Poly Women Connect's mission is to build, reinforce, and redesign bridges to carry our alumnae back to Poly and bring all that is Poly to them. We aim to connect alumnae with each other, with the Poly of today, and ensure that they are an integral part of the Poly of tomorrow. To find out more information contact Margaret Watson '80 by email or visit their Facebook page here.
