Upper School Dean Alexis Perez comes to Poly with eight years of experience working on college campuses. A native of California, Alexis relocated to New York from Pitzer College in Claremont, California, where she had been serving as an Admissions Counselor. Alex has a deep understanding of the college admissions process and will be instrumental in helping students navigate the growth and change that comes with these formative years.
In addition to her love for education, Alexis is fascinated with the universe and had dreams of being an astronaut when she was a little girl. Reading headlines about an all-women spacewalk have made her younger self’s dreams come true.
