Elizabeth “Bette” Soto P’31, ’35 is head teacher in Grade 1, as well as director of the Lower School’s After School Program. Bette, originally from Connecticut, started teaching at Poly in 2006. She earned a bachelor’s from Trinity College and an M.Ed. from Lesley University. As an educator, Bette hopes to foster a love of learning in each of her students by presenting curriculum in fun and engaging ways that meet the needs of each individual student.
