Nash Sharma has taught Middle and Upper School math at Poly since 2018. He earned a master’s in biomedical engineering and Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular biology from Columbia University, where he was also a postdoctoral research scientist. He describes his teaching style at Poly as storytelling and incorporating procedural aspects interwoven in those stories. Nash has published more than 10 articles in peer-reviewed journals in the fields of neuroscience and nanotechnology.
