Make A Pledge

Poly is committed to providing an outstanding educational experience for its students. Please use this form to pledge a dollar amount to Poly Prep’s Annual Giving Campaign to be paid at a later date. 

The deadline to make a pledge is Poly’s Blue Devil Giving Day, Friday, November 21.

Gifts must be received by June 30 to be included in the current fiscal year. 

We’ll email you periodic reminders and a receipt once we receive your contribution. We are grateful for your financial pledge to our students and faculty!
