Middle School Deans

Poly Prep Middle School students benefit from a unique dean program designed to provide individualized support and advocacy throughout their time in Middle School. Deans serve as student advocates and relationship builders within the school community. They work in partnership with students, families, teachers, and administrators to support both academic growth and personal well-being.

From the start of Middle School, each student is paired with a dean who becomes a consistent point of connection and guidance. The dean monitors progress, offers advice, helps navigate challenges, and celebrates successes. Deans are the primary point of contact for families and play a crucial role in communication and coordination across academic, social-emotional, and behavioral domains.

Part guide, part confidant, part coach, the dean helps ensure that each student is seen, heard, and supported on the path to greater independence, resilience, and personal agency.
