Affording a Poly Education
Investing in an independent school education is an important decision that requires thoughtful planning. At Poly, we partner with families across a wide range of income levels to make a Poly education affordable for those who share our values and enrich our community.
Financial aid for tuition at Poly is need-based, and awards are determined through a confidential process that considers each family’s unique circumstances. Many families with moderate or dual incomes are able to qualify for partial assistance, helping to make a Poly education accessible to families across a wide range of financial situations.
For the 2025-2026 academic year, over 22% of the students share in more than $14,500,000 in financial aid.

Payment Options
We also offer three options for tuition payments so families can choose the one that works best for their budgeting. Payments are made via VC Pay (Veracross Pay).
Options for payment of 2026-2027 tuition and fees:
- Full tuition payment by June 3, 2026
- Semi-annual tuition payments: 50% due by June 3 and the balance due by November 3, 2026
- In ten monthly tuition installment payments from June 2026 – March 2027

Tuition Assistance
Financial aid is critical to Poly Prep’s mission, providing access to families who would not otherwise be able to afford tuition. Our Financial Aid program extends beyond the cost of tuition. We want all students, regardless of economic status, to have a full educational experience and take advantage of all that Poly has to offer.
