Affording a Poly Education
An independent school education is a meaningful investment, and we know it requires thoughtful planning. At Poly, we partner with families across a wide range of income levels to make a Poly education accessible to those who share our values and strengthen our community.
Financial aid is need-based and determined through a confidential review of each family’s financial circumstances. Many families with moderate or dual incomes receive financial support, helping make Poly accessible to a broad range of households.
For the 2026 – 2027 school year, more than 22% of students received over $14.5 million in financial aid.

Payment Options
We also offer three options for tuition payments so families can choose the one that works best for their budgeting. Payments are made via VC Pay (Veracross Pay).
Options for payment of 2026-2027 tuition and fees:
- Full tuition payment by June 3, 2026
- Semi-annual tuition payments: 50% due by June 3, 2026 and the balance due by November 3, 2026
- In ten monthly tuition installment payments from June 2026 – March 2027
