Financial aid is central to Poly Prep’s mission and helps ensure access for families who would not otherwise be able to attend.

Making a Poly Education Accessible

We partner with families across a wide range of income levels to make a Poly education accessible to those who share our values and contribute to our community.

A Poly Prep education is a meaningful investment, and we understand that planning for tuition is an important part of the decision-making process. Many families receive all levels of support, so that students can fully participate in school life.

Every family contributes in some way, and tuition assistance helps ensure that students from diverse backgrounds can thrive academically and socially.

Financial aid applications are completed through Clarity.

Tuition Assistance Application and Deadlines

  • Applications for the 2027-2028 school year open September 8, 2026 in Clarity.
  • Applicant families must submit all materials by December 15, 2026.
  • Current families receiving aid must reapply by November 1, 2026. First-time applicants and families requesting emergency financial aid should visit the Financial Aid resource tab on the Parent Portal for step-by-step instructions on how to begin the application process.
  • Both custodial and non-custodial parents must complete the application.

Applications received after the deadline may not be considered.
