Campus Visitor Policy

We are excited to share our beautiful campuses with you.

Please note the following policy for in-person visits to our campuses:

• Parents/guardians/visitors who visit will be announced and must show ID to campus security.
• All visitors must have a Poly contact on campus and be on our security department’s guest list when they arrive.
• We will make every effort to contact the person you are trying to visit. Note: if we are unable to reach your contact, unfortunately, entry to campus will not be granted.
• If touring the campus, visitors must have a Poly escort. Due to security protocols, visitors without a Poly contact will not be permitted on campus.
• Poly loves your pets, but please keep them at home when you visit campus.
• Individuals with a service animal are permitted on campus.
