Liangwen (Daniel) Wu joined Poly Prep in 2021 to teach computer science. He earned his bachelor’s degree in technology education from the New York City College of Technology and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His areas of study include Machine Learning, Text Information Systems, and Natural Language Processing. He holds a NYS Technology Teacher Certification for K-12, and has taught computer science in middle school, upper school, and graduate school. Daniel’s teaching philosophy is to help every student recognize and reach their potential in computer science.
