Erin Hughes joined Poly Prep as Campaign Manager in 2021. She has extensive advancement operations and campaign management experience at various non-profit and higher education institutions. Prior to joining the team at Poly, Erin worked on the advancement teams at FARE and Columbia Business School and in executive support positions at 100Kin10 and the University of Oxford’s North American Office. In her various roles, her favorite part of working in advancement has always been the opportunity to build meaningful connections with donors and learn more about why they support chosen causes and institutions. A lifelong resident of the Northeast, Erin grew up in Bayonne, NJ and now makes her home in Brooklyn. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, going to the theater, reading, and cooking. Erin earned her BA in Sociology from Boston University and her MS in Urban Affairs from Hunter College.
