LaTasha Richards P’26, ’29, ’31, ’33 is Poly Prep’s Director of Enrollment Management and Financial Aid. Prior to her tenure at Poly, she earned a bachelor’s in commerce from the University of Virginia, focusing on finance and international business. Tasha spent 10 years working at Goldman Sachs before redirecting her efforts to focus on raising her four children. She spent eight years in leadership roles within the parents association at various independent schools and volunteering in Poly’s Admissions Department leading tours to prospective families. An integral part of the Poly community, after joining Poly’s admissions team in 2019-20 as Associate Director, Tasha rose to Director of Upper School Admissions and Director of Financial Aid in 2021. In her current role, she leads the admissions and financial teams with a continued commitment to students and their families.
