Monique Lopez joined Poly as its Chief Finance and Operations Officer in 2025. She brings nearly 20 years of senior-level experience in finance, particularly within the non-profit sector. Prior to Poly, she served as a Managing Director & Industry Executive leading a team in the Government, Healthcare, Higher Education & Non-Profit Group (GHHN) at J.P. Morgan. Lopez also spent 11 years at Wells Fargo, where she advanced to the position of Vice President in Government & Institutional Banking. She served as the former Co-Chair for Tri-State Pride Business Resource Group (BRG) and in 2022, was named one of Crain’s Notable Diverse Leaders in Banking. She is also a member of the LGBTQ+ Executive Leadership Forum and the Hispanic Executive Leadership Forum.
Lopez graduated from the University of Mount Saint Vincent with a B.S. in Finance and earned a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs with a concentration in Advanced Non-Profit Management. She also earned Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and holds expertise in cash management, diversification of revenue streams, and project management.
