Chief Advancement Officer Olivia Baumgartner joined Poly in 2025, bringing 15 years of experience in educational philanthropy and institutional advancement. Before Poly, she was Director of Development at Harbor Day School in Corona del Mar, CA, since 2016. She previously held the same role at Metropolitan Montessori School in New York City.

Baumgartner has received multiple accolades for her leadership, including CASE Circle of Excellence awards and a Telly Award for campaign communications. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Humanistic Studies from McGill University, a Certificate in Fundraising from NYU, and attained her CFRE credential in 2018. She also completed the Executive Leadership Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Before entering educational advancement, Baumgartner worked at Christie’s auction house and the American Society of Hypertension. Outside of work, she is a passionate cook who trained at the French Culinary Institute, and she enjoys gardening and traveling.
