Jill Tejani P’31 has been part of the Poly parent community since 2016, when her daughter Claire joined the Nursery program at the Park Slope campus. She quickly found her way to the Poly Lower School Parents’ Association, which she jointly led for three years. It was both her experience with the Lower School Parents’ Association and her love of interviewing for Tufts University, her alma mater, that inspired the most recent chapter in her life. Jill began working as an Admissions Counselor at Poly in 2020 and joined the Advancement team as Parent Volunteer Liaison in Spring 2021. Her dedication and love for building and growing the Poly community brought her back to the Admissions team, and, in 2022, she became Associate Director of Admissions. Jill holds a B.A. in political science and community health from Tufts University, and a J.D. from The American University, Washington College of Law. Jill is a native New Yorker who loves reading, running, swimming, and tennis, and especially loves spending time with her husband, Alex (a member of Poly’s Class of 1999), and their two daughters.
